Sydney Larson grew up in gorgeous Winona, MN. She attended Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and graduated in May of 2016 with a degree in piano performance and a minor in biology. She is currently pursuing her associates in nursing and plans on working as an RN in family birth, acute care, or pediatrics.
Sydney has been a patient of Dr. Kristin’s since Fall of 2012, and has loved watching her develop her practice. Sydney loves helping people, especially in the form of healthcare, and hopes that working at Infinity Wellness will give her valuable experience and insights into natural health.
Sydney loves playing various instruments, singing, and jamming with family and friends. She enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew and helping her family develop their new organic hobby farm in rural Wisconsin.
Sydney provides support and fills in as an Office Assistant when she can while in nursing school.
Laura Graybar has lived in the La Crosse area for most of her life, and can't imagine living anywhere else. She recently graduated with an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from Southeast Technical College here in Winona. Laura has her Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing, and has been practicing as a public health nurse for the past five years.
It was her work as a nurse that eventually lead her to pursue a degree in massage due to its health benefits as a complementary therapy. Having completed an internship at Infinity, she is very happy to be joining the staff as a massage therapist.
When I was a child my family would watch movies together. While everyone watched, I would sit on the floor going from person to person massaging their feet. From there my siblings started playing sports and I started massaging away their related aches and pains. Eventually I joined the Army and went to training where every body had something that hurt. I used what I had taught myself about acupressure to get rid of migraines and work everyone's sore backs, necks, and feet. This is where I decided my life course.
From there I went to two different schools where I learned massage therapy methods such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports, pre-natal/post-partum, as well as a variety of stretches. I've developed a reputation for my deeper massage work and stretching, but like all massage therapists I will never work deeper than you want or need!

Hello, my name is Sarah! At Infinity you’ll find me behind the front desk, on the other side of the phone when you call, or attempting to stay balanced in a yoga class. After fifteen years in the service industry, switching to the wellness world has been quite the eye-opening experience.
My time working here has mirrored what it was like to first be a patient here. I came in with pain management on my mind, but in a short time I realized that Infinity would be about helping my whole self find healing. It’s hard to see people in pain, but I see the pain through a lens of hope that is built daily on the change I see in the lives of our patients.
My best work day is when I can help the very talented people around me do what they do best, and I feel blessed to meet you all as you go on your wellness journey.
When I chose to become a chiropractor I had two goals in mind. To utilize my education and talents to be the best chiropractor I could and to take care of my patients with the same compassion and integrity I’d use with my own family. I believe that health is a gift not an entitlement. I also believe that our body has an innate ability to be healthy when it is taken care of and has the ability to heal from many injuries when properly treated and rehabilitated. I assist all my patients in obtaining these goals, to be healthy and absent of pain and injury.
As an outdoor and athletic enthusiast myself, I have experienced the highs of peak performance without pain, and the lows of a disabling injury. I can certainly empathize with my patients when dealing with most injuries related to athletic activities or accidents. This firsthand experience has helped me understand an athlete’s desire to “get back in the game” and the weekend warrior who doesn’t want to stop competing. I am now in the second half century of my life. I want to stay active, competitive and pain free for another half century. Many of my patients have trusted me with their care for over twenty years… we are aging gracefully together. I’d like to help you age gracefully as well. This connection to my patients has been a guiding force in my educational training and clinical practice. I feel blessed to be able to utilize my clinical experience helping people doing what they love.
Post graduate studies as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Active Release Technique provider (ART) have also helped tune my skills in treating patient injuries. Many patients in competitive sports both at the college and professional level have realized the benefits of seeing a provider with training in these areas. The benefits add up to a faster recovery time with a more stable area of complaint drastically reducing the likelihood of re-injury.

Sydney Swanson is from the town of North Branch, Minnesota and came to Winona in 2009 to pursue a degree from Winona State University. She started at Infinity in August of 2014 and has loved being on a team of amazing and inspiring women. At Infinity she acts as office manager, and works with Kristin and Elle to create a friendly environment for patients and employees.
Sydney has always been interested in health and wellness but her love of nutrition increased immensely when she started working at Infinity. She has seen Dr. Kristin help so many people with Nutrition Response Testing (NRT), including herself, and decided to shadow Kristin to learn more about the technique. Sydney has attended numerous NRT workshops, including a training in Florida and has been taking on patients as an NRT Practitioner.
When she's not working, Sydney can be found dancing or taking photos around town. Other hobbies include traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, doing yoga, hiking, reading, and trying new things as often as she can.
Elizabeth Green is a Nursing Graduate from Winona State University who currently works full-time at Mayo in Rochester and fills in at Infinity. Her hobbies include running, rollerblading, hiking, and playing with her nieces and nephews (and Zoey).
Lizzie grew up in the Quad Cities and practiced gymnastics throughout her childhood and high school years. She first met Kristin when she went to Palmer for chiropractor care. When Kristin decided to move her practice to Winona she asked Elizabeth to help her with the office.
Kristin has been a great role model to Elizabeth and has shown her different healing methods in addition to her nursing education. Kristin is a sister and a great friend to Lizzie and she loves being a part of the Infinity Team.
I grew up in the Chicagoland area, and attended Winona State University where I majored in Biology and played on the softball team (2002-2006). After graduating from Winona State, I started at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA and received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2010. I worked in two very successful practices in Iowa after graduating gaining a wealth of knowledge in chiropractic, sports injuries, nutrition, and acupuncture. I am so happy to be back in this area, and to give back to the community and people that were such a large part of my wonderful experience here in Winona. When I am not here at Infinity, you’ll find me busy keeping up with my 8-year-old daughter Zoey, and Siberian husky Tundra. I also enjoy being active outdoors, sports, yoga, cooking, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
